Brief Answer:
There is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

First and foremost let me reassure you, there is no cause for concern.
The major mode of transmission of HCV is

1. Receiving infected blood and blood product transfusion
2. Through use of infected needles.

Sexual mode of transmission has not been documented conclusively in any of the clinical studies.
Sexual transmission appears to be confined to such subgroups as persons with
1. Multiple sexual partners
2. Sexually transmitted diseases

The risk may be increased more likely to the behavioral pattern of individuals who have multiple sexual partners. Such individuals have risky behavior including sharing of needles, which could explain the mode of transmission.

Transmission of HCV infection is rare between stable, monogamous sexual partners.

I hope i have laid your anxiety to rest. Do get back to me if you need any further assistance , will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
