What is survival approx for a liver met ( single ) and 1 aortocaval node met?also since last week he only been getting irinotecan as was getting chest pain . Will this be less effective ?

So 8-10 months even with 1 liver met n node? Ppl have several liver mets and lungs and are still alive after even few years
