Posted on Mon, 27 Oct 2014
Question: Hello, I am trying to conceive. I have been on Clomid for three months. My P4 test was done about 3DPO, it was 12.5. Now I am about 7-8-9 DPO, today I had colesterum leak...(weird) I have three children. Two pregnancies. 16 Y/O, and Twin 8 Y/O. I breast fed them all. Cant get ahold of my Dr. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy, or should I rush to a Dr.?

Brief Answer:
See Dr, do pregnancy test and transvaginal ultraso

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

It is imperative you get a normal pregnancy test first. A simple pregnancy test coupled with a special ultrasound, called a transvaginal ultrasound should be sufficient to tell if it is a pregnancy or not.

In case the tests turn out negative, it is at this point that you shall for sure warrant a review from an obstetrician.

Doing a pregnancy test and a transvaginal ultrasound are mainly what you need at this point in time.

Thanks and kind regards,

You will need to see your primary care physician for a complete clinical review, and so he asks for these tests.
