Serum creatinine value of 6.1 is very high and it has to be evaluated to rule out any possible underlying kidney diseases.
Additional investigations like ultrasound abdomen is required.

Like I opened up a loaf bread I never took a photo of the front part but when I was eating the bread it was soggy however it was raining out side was it soggy from that thanks or was it something else I’m Ocding here however it it closed with the twistie tie
