Brief Answer:
Good history

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I understand how worried you must be. I would like to add here that women dying at child birth usually have history of anatomical issues, hypertension , diabetes or other risk factors. However you have had successful trouble free births the previous two times and that's a good indicator that you might not have issues this this time as well. Usa among all countries have one of the lowest maternal mortality rates and that's a good advantage as well

I wish you all the best
