Brief Answer:
Keep faith in his treating doctors please

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM.

I have gone through your concern.

I am very sorry for your husband's situation.

According to the history you explain he is in severe conditions, unfortunately.
There is not so much to say right now.

Nevertheless i have seen several patients in conditions like him and they have done well surprising all of us.
In my opinion he should still stay intubated until his lungs can pick up breathing on its own.
I am sure the doctors are doing their best to save his life but sometimes its not everything depended on them.
So i encourage you to be more courageous and to keep faith in his doctors.
I wish a good health for you and your husband.
