Brief Answer:

Application of topical antifungals should help.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have checked the attached image. It seems that your child has developed a fungal infection.

You may apply Candid (clotrimazole) lotion topically while you give some antiallergic as Cetirizine Drops orally.

You could also apply some emollient like calamine lotion or some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion over those areas.

It might take a few days to recover and so you need to be patient.

Regarding cow milk, I would prefer its avoidance. Breast milk should be continued. You can do early weaning with thick liquids like dal water or fruit juices in small amounts.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
