Question: March 2017: Broke out with big red spots on bottom (1 was a boil) and several other spots on legs. Dermatologist said it was eczema. Triachlomide cream didn't work.

May 11: lymph nodes swollen and painful, sore throat, chills, fatigue *Florida vacation

May 15: itching all over

May 17: breaking out in small pink/red spots with Intense itching

May 21: seen immediate care Dr. Diagnosed with hives and prescribed prednisone 20 mg for 4 days, benadryl, and 2.5% hydrocortisone.
Still intense itching.

May 30: Broke out worse starting to scale. Intense itching and painful. Seen Dr. Morton in dermatology. Said possible strep throat at first followed by a psoriasis flare. Prescribed) l ll  triachlomide ointment, cutar bath oil and keflex antibiotic.
Also seen PCP XXXXXXX McCauley NP.
 RF, CRP, ESR, uric acid was high. Negative ANA. Said inflammation all over body and rheumatoid and autoimmune disease likely. Slight kidney and liver decrease.
XXXXXXX 1: ER visit Norton surburban Dr. XXXXXXX Bertke. Diagnosis psoriasis. Prescribed clobetasol 0.05% cream and methlyprednisolone 4 mg. Did not take. Dr. Morton did not advise. Heart rate 127
XXXXXXX 5: Seen Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX dermatologist. Thinks this is sun indused caused with taking NSAIDs. Took a skin punch waiting on results. Thinks could be a certain type of lupus even though ANA was negative. Recommended bleach baths and prescribed triachlomide ointment

Hurts to take baths or move.
Itching
Skin peeling off
Mid lower back and lower right side(front and back hurting)
Started period 2 weeks early.
Edema in lower left leg and ankles.  Leaves indention in leg if pressed on. Feeling of tightness and pain in leg. Hurts to stand on.
Dark urine and decreased.
Mild fever and chills
Warm to touch

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It indeed sounds like eczema. Eczema and hives are inter-related. I would strongly insist you to use some moisturizer like aloe vera lotion. This is very important. You also need to take some antiallergic like cetirizine. Montair LC (monteleukast + levocetirizine) is better but is a prescription medicine. Continue the other medicines as advised.

Based on the description of the recent status, inflammation is evident. I would insist you to upload an image. Based on that I would guide you further.
