Brief Answer:

Possibility of sleep apnea is more likely.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Possibility of sleep apnea is more likely.

All your symptoms, snoring, loss of oxygen, sudden awakening etc are characteristic symptoms of sleep apnea.

So better to consult sleep specialist and get done detailed sleep study.

If sleep study is suggestive of sleep apnea then you will need CPAP machine.

Please let me know :

Brief Answer:

I'd recommend getting the sleep study done.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have calculated your BMI and it comes around 28.4.
So there are some over-weight issues.

And there is a risk of sleep apnea which is the likely cause of your snoring.

It's better to get done the sleep study.
The best treatment for this is weight reduction.

So please start having a healthy diet. Perhaps consult a dietician for proper diet planning which will help in weight reduction further.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
