Brief Answer:

She will mostly need inhaled bronchodilators.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

By your history and description, the possibility of bronchospasm related cough is more likely.

Allergy-causing bronchospasm and this, in turn, causes a cough, mucus expectoration etc.

She will need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).

Please let me know if this is her first-time symptoms or she gets in all winter or season change.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care

Regards,
