Brief Answer:

Diaper rash

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images.

I can see that your child has perianal excoriations. You need to avoid diapers and keep the area clean and dry.

Apply some powder and also apply some moisturizers like Happy-nap cream or Himalaya rash cream.

Such crashes have occurred due to the remnant moisture in the diapers. But the primary thing to do is to ensure that the area remains dry.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
