Question: The rash on my dick has still not left and when i urinate i feel pains please help

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be genital warts.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you consult a dermatologist and go for chemical cauterisation of the warts either using Trichloroacetic acid or podophyllotoxin.
Regarding pain during urination it could be due to urinary tract infection.
Go for urine routine examination to confirm and start the antibiotics accordingly.
