Question: Yes I have lower leg pain nightly and have to wear socks to help decrease the pain, Pain is not severe but very annoying, I am on my feet all day with lots of walking.

L- carnitine supplements will help.

The pain in the lower legs that you have can be due to low levels of calcium and vitamin D3. This can be related to muscle spasms also.

You can do a hot compress and apply a diclofenac gel for relief. Taking L-carnitine supplements daily will also help in long term relief.

You can increase the intake of electrolyte rich fluids like Garotade.
