Brief Answer:
Possibility of allergic rhinitis and asthma is more likely in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of allergic rhinitis and asthma is more.
There is one terminology 'one Airway, one disease'. And this is almost always allergic in nature.
So allergens are responsible for your nasal (nasal dryness), throat (frequent throat infection) and lung (bronchitis, blood in sputum) related symptoms.
I want to know few more things about your illness.
So please tell me
1. Have you ever undergone PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)?
2. How was your chest x ray? Was it normal?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You need regular treatment with inhaled drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
In my opinion, you should continue inhaled treatment.
Inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone) will help you in breathing difficulty and wheezing.
Intranasal fluticasone spray will help you in nasal symptoms.
Oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) is also recommended in your case.
Please let me know drugs you are taking at present.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Thanks sir for your reply.

at present i am not taking any english medicine. only taking ayurvedic medicine.
should i stop ayurvedic medicine?
just want to know from reports is it clear this is asthma case or just allergy or something hay fever?

from childhood i was having nose bleeding and ear discharge puss. seen several doctors related this but didn't work, doctors suggest for nasal operation but by itself nose bleeding stops when I was 18 or 19. but ear discharge continue so operated for ear when I was 17. can this back history is creating problem now in my case?

The medicines which you have advised, it would be good if you prescribe these medicines in detail. how to take , how many time a day, empty or before or after meal, 100 mg or 200 mg like this.. please presribe in detail.
Inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone) will help you in breathing difficulty and wheezing.
Intranasal fluticasone spray will help you in nasal symptoms.
Oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast)

Yes, your past history can cause current symptoms.

Yes, your past history can cause current symptoms.
What was ENT doctor's opinion on this?
I am sure you must be advised to continue alopathy drugs and not ayurvedic drugs. Aren't you?
In my opinion, you should start Foracort (200micrograms) MDI twice a daily.
Start flomist nasal spray twice daily in both nostrils.
Take montair LC (10/5) 1 tablet at night after food.

Good Morning Sir, I am very thankful to you for your time and to go through my case.
I am going to start below medicines.
1) Foracort (200micrograms) MDI twice a daily.
2) flomist nasal spray twice daily in both nostrils.
3) montair LC (10/5) 1 tablet at night after food.

But I have little confusion on below medicines should I start or not?

Inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone) will help you in breathing difficulty and wheezing.
Intranasal fluticasone spray will help you in nasal symptoms.
Oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast)

Thanks for you time and suggestions.

Brief Answer:
All are same.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
These all are same.
Foracort is having formoterol and budesonide. Formoterol is inhaled bronchodilator and budesonide is inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Flomist nasal spray is intranasal fluticasone spray.
Montair LC is having montelukast and levocetrizine. Montelukast is anti allergic and levocetrizine is antihistamine.
So montair LC, foracort and flomist are brand names for your convenience.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
