Question: Hello, I recently tested positive for Lupus, RA, and I also have a genetic mutation where my body does not absorb Folic Acid, and was prescribed Deplin. I also suffer with severe depression and anxiety. I am no longer sure what is the best treatment for me. There are so many websites speaking about altering your diet. I have been eating healthy, I mostly eat vegetables and fruit, and mainly chicken and fish. What would you recommend for this combination of illnesses, what are the best resources, what are the best questions to ask my doctors? I wish there is a good diagnostic doctor that handles all of this. Please advise. Thank you!
