Brief Answer:
Your hemoglobin is low

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your blood reports

Normal hemoglobin level for women is 12.0 to 15.5 grams per deciliter

Your hemoglobin of 10.9 is low.

Your other blood reports are normal.

I would advise you to take tablet Folcovit two times daily after food for 1 month.

Brief Answer:
Upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy and CT scan abdomen suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since your hemoglobin is going down and RBC is 3.6 and weight is also reducing i would advise you to do upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy

You also need to do Computed tomography (CT) of abdomen and pelvis to know the exact cause for your anaemia
