Question: Hello Doc, my son (26 months) is slightly feverish from yesterday evening. I took the temprature niw and it was 100.2 F. Can you suggest any medications or our course of action.

You can give Calpol 125

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for posting the query,

If the temp. is 100 or less than 100 then you can give Syr. Calpol 4ml 6 hourly once.

If the temp. is more than 100 then give syr. ibrugesic 4ml 8hourly once.

Tepid sponging is must if the temp. is more than 100F.

If fever exceeds for more than 3 days than you should consult the doctor.
