Brief Answer:
a urinary tract infection is likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

rigor (heavy shaking), fever and urinary tract symptoms (frequent urination and perhaps also burning or pain) are common during the course of urinary tract infections. Prostatitis is the most likely type of infection but pyelonephritis cannot be excluded. A urinalysis may confirm urinary tract involvement. Clinical examination usually provides the necessary clues as to the focus of infection.

Urinary tract infections are serious infections and require urgent treatment. You'd better call your doctor as soon as possible!

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
