1. Can you elaborate the symptoms? - Severe cold refers to feeling cold, chills and shivering or nasal congestion, runny nose and blocked nose.

2. What other symptoms do you have? - Body aches, joint pains, diarrhea, increased urination / burning sensation while passing urine.

3. Is the fever continuous or intermittent?

If you aren't feeling better with Dolo, I will suggest trying tab Aceclofenac + Paracetamol combinations like tab Hifenac P twice or thrice a day after food.

This medication may cause gastric irritation, therefore it should be combined with a prokinetic agent like tab Sompraz twice a day taken half an hour before food.
