Brief Answer:
apply good moisturizer as a first priority...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concerns,

Well, it's winter season and humidity is already low while the air is cold also...

So, as a first priority, you need to start moisturizing your skin very well...Apply any good moisturizer (eg. Nivea cold cream and moisturizer)...Ideally, the best way to apply moisturizer is after taking a bath (try to take bath in luke-warm water and always bathe daily), also apply once more before going to bed during the winter season...

Apart from this, ensure good hydration as it's extremely important throughout the day (drink plenty of water around 2.5-3 ltr per day) which helps in maintaining proper skin turgor...

Have plenty of citruses and seasonal juicy fruits daily (eg. lemon, oranges etc.), avoid junk foods and processed/deep fried foods and always try to have a nutritious home-made meal...avoid direct exposure to cold air for a long period...

All these will help you maintain a well-hydrated good skin...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
follow all the advises, maintain a healthy lifestyle...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Yes, that's indicative of dry and dead skin particles only...

Follow all the advice as explained earlier, just applying moisturizer won't help alone, and try to apply a good quality moisturizer (as already mentioned)... Eat right, sleep adequately, maintain the diet habits as already explained, the combination of all these will start showing in the skin...Additionally, don't put on very tight fitting or synthetic clothes as they tend to worsen the condition even more...

If you do not have any pre-existing skin problems, then this will definitely help in long-term...

Don't worry, it's a gradual process but extremely beneficial...

Take Care
Kind Regards
