How Can Diarrhea And Nausea Be Treated?

Question: have an usual stomach bug.... just diarrhea not throwing up but feel as if I could. just came back from turks and cacaos and starting after got off of plane at 1pm got on plane at 10 am.,... but started worse after ate at 9pm around 3 am.... worse to stay still.... better to move around....

please respond asap... or can go to urgent care...

Hi welcome to Health care magic, You seem to have a stomach bug.
Please take a tablet of immodium/loperamide, and Ondensetron soluble mouth dissolving. Also take anything for acidity you have. From your symptoms I feel you will need antibiotic. If nausea subsides, take black tea with lemon, salt and sugar and repeat every hour till you see your doctor.
Contact your PCP or ER.
