Brief Answer:
Lexapro can be a better choice

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Considering the fact that celexa was effective and safe for you I feel lexapro can be the next best option as it is more potent than celexa and have almost similar side effects. This will make it more suitable as the side effects can be expected at minimum level because of similar properties.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have already tried lexapro or if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
