How Can Bone Density Values Be Improved While Breastfeeding?

Question: Hi. i did a bone density test. Im 26 year old lactating mother of a 1 year old kid. My T score is -1.6. Is there anything to worry? what tod o to improve this? within how many months can this be made normal if i take proper diet & exercise?

It's definitely low, but can be recovered easily. Since you are on breastfeeding, you need calcium supplementation.
I would recommend you following:
1. Cap GEMCAL DS.
2. Cap Uprise D3.
3. Increase the consumption of milk, eggs, and protein in the diet.
4. Do regular exercises.
