Brief Answer:
Most likley a fllu!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your symptoms fully and this is suggestive of a possible flu. Recovery often takes any where from 5-7days in mots persons and may be longer in severe cases. There is no need for antibiotics in the management of a flu. Tylenol, 1000mg every 8hours is recommended. Eat healthy, rest well and drink much fluids. Exercise, approximately 30mins daily would help accelerate the recovery as well.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be. I will appreciate updates from you on how you are doing!
