Its smaller one just beside anal opening . I also have piles last time it was drainning 2 years befor for 7-8 days bt now it continuously drainning for one month

- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each , 3 times a
day and additionally after passing stool ) regularly .
- Keep the part clean with anti septic liquid , dry .
- Wear loose , clean , cotton inner wears .
- Get prescription of necessary antibiotic from your family doctor .
- Manage high fiber diet to have soft bowel evacuations .
