Question: Hi, I have a small open wound on my thigh would I be able to use the sauna and steam room if I cover it with a water proof plaster?

In my opinion if you have a small wound then you can cover it with water impermeable material and go for sauna/ steam bath. It should not cause any harm esp since it is small.
