How Can An Open Wound Caused While Playing Paint Ball Be Treated?

Thanks for posting the query to HCM,
I have reviewed your attached photograph.
You have got an open wound by the hit. I suggest you to clean it with the fresh water, Hydrogen peroxide, and surgical sprit.
If you have not taken any TT injection in past 5 years the take one TT injection.
Apply T BACT ointment daily 2 times till the wound heals.
Have TAB. Ibrugesic 1 tablet 2 times for the pain.
Any issue kindly do follow up.

Hello Dr,
I was using this app for the first time so i missed few points while asking you for the 1st time.
Day1-I was hit on the evening of 17Dec and after that one of my friend cleaned the wound with Dettol and then applied Cipladine oinment and did a bandage of the wound.
Day2- i again followed the same procedure and did the cleaning of the wound and applied oinment.
Day3- I kept the bandage on which was applied on day 2 as i could not get time to do the dressing.
Day4- i opened the bandage and i am keeping it open since then and not applying any oinment.
Today the wound still is reddish in colour & has littlepain and i am sending you the latest pic.
Can advise if it is healing or anything is of concern ?

The wound seems to be healing.
Apply T bact or MUPI ointment will give you better relief.
And as i said for pain follow the above mentioned tablet.
It may take 1 more week to heal completely.
