Brief Answer:
GERD

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query and from the symptoms that you have explained you seem to have GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease).

For this I would suggest you to do the following:

- You need to make necessary lifestyle modifications. Consume foods that are less oily and spicy.
- Avoid beverages like tea or coffee, and say a complete NO to carbonated drinks and alcohol.
- Avoid smoking
- Avoid large meals, thereby saying, try having 5 small meals a day rather than 3 large meals.
- Always wait atleast 2 hours before going to bed after having dinner.
- Avoid stress and tensions to the maximum.
- You may chose to take T. Rabeprazole 20mg once daily half an hour before having breakfast for 3-4 weeks.
- Reduce weight if your are overweight.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close the query and share your positive feedback,
