How Can A Welt On The Back Be Treated?

Question: I have what looks like a small welt on my back approximately 3/4" x 1/4" raised. Looks like a mole, just appeared about a month ago for no reason. Pictures attached. Could it be cancer?

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like seborrhoeic keratoses which is a benign growth of skin keratinocytes.
It is not looking like any cancer.
