Question: I have a tick bite with a rash but not a bulls eye rash. Is it something to be concerned about?

The bite reaction seems to be inflammed.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
This should resolve the reaction.
