Brief Answer:
They most likely represent bony outgrowths. Can you please send the report?

Detailed Answer:
HI,

With the history of osteoarthritis, this most likely represents a bony outgrowth. These are commonly known as osteophytes and are characteristic of longstanding osteoarthritis. I believe this was visible on the report and if you can forward it to me, I will be able to take a look and further confirm with you.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
