Question: Hello Doctor,
I have undergone an annual health checkup on December 02, 2017 which consist of many tests.I am attaching the report of it and I want to know your feedback and suggestions after examining the report.

I have gone through the attached report.

Except for some different types of cholesterol, everything else is fine.

You need not worry.

You just have to play some outdoor game three to 4 times a week or exercise a little bit, about 3 to 4 times a week. That is all.

All other tests are fine.

I do not think you need to gain any more weight.

If you really wish to increase your weight, you will have to eat a little more, but that will increase cholesterol levels, so you will have to eat a balanced diet and also exercise moderately.

If you are not a vegetarian, then eating meat twice or thrice a week and eggs and fish twice a week will help build muscle mass and that will increase your weight without increasing your cholesterols.
