How Can A Persistent Rash On The Scrotum Be Treated?

Question: a couple months my body check with my derm doc went well. he perscribed econazole nitrate cream 1% to be applied to the rash on the right side of my scroutum. it has not gone away. and thoughts?
plus I'm about out of the medicine with a refill (i think)

Probably you have developed fungal infection and hence you were prescribed econazole.
