Brief Answer:
Could be a sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Is it a swelling on the back? Is there a punctum?

It could be a sebaceous cyst and definitive treatment is its removal by a surgeon. Other methods will not help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Cip-Zox is a pain killer

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Cip-Zox is a pain killer. It will bring down the swelling and the pain. Hot compresses will also help. Cipzox is a combination of 3 medicines. I usually suggest only diclofenac for pain control.
If it's infected, then a course of antibiotics can be taken to control infection before its removal. Infection is probably present when the swelling is red and hot and antibiotic used could be flucloxacillin or augmentin.

Hope I have answered your query.
