Brief Answer:
Reactionary lymph node enlargement . guidelines provided .

Detailed Answer:
Welcome XXXXXXX

* This is reactionary lymph node enlargement .

* Recommendations at present

- Many instances we find non specific lymph node noticeable under the skin
without any major diseases as HIV or others .

- Do not panic at all .
- Just observe the size once daily with pulp of finger .
- Do not press or rub anything over it .
- Avoid tight under garments .
- Can use dusting powder as Clotrimazole ( 1 % ) over the itching thighs 3 times
a day after cleaning with antiseptic liquid and keeping it dry .

* Follow up after 3 days .

Hope this will surely help you .

Regards .

Still its normal?.

Brief Answer:
itching is mostly in relation with skin dryness or perspiration .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

* Itching is in relation with dryness of the skin , also perspiration matters .

* Finding of a lymph node gland is always accidental when it is small in size , it
may be there before 2 days underneath the skin not noticed .

* Only when it appears to certain big size then it comes on the surface and one
attend it obviously .

* Again recommendations remain same as previous talk .

Regards .

Brief Answer:
Follow up suggestions .

Detailed Answer:
Welcome XXXXXXX

* Reactionary lymph gland enlargement does occur in the surrounding drainage
areas so the itching in thigh has connection with the same .

* That is due to dry weather and excess perspiration giving rise to certain viral or
fungal infection of the skin at times .

* Suggestions for that already provided , right now no other antibiotics required ,
yes can take benadryl for anti histamine action controlling itching .

* Slight throat pain and tiredness is more in relation with dehydration levels ,
increase your liquids intake and spare time for gargles at least once a day
in the morning , it would be fine within 2 - 3 days .

* Again relax , your writing pattern is revealing your body language and stress
level , see stress is not going to help you rather it will dampen your immunity
and will make you more vulnerable to repeated infections .

Wishing you fine health ahead .

Brief Answer:
perspiration induced possibility already kept in previous conversations.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

* If you have not noticed I have kept 2 possibilities dear second one is perspiration
induced which has relation with high humidity .

* In high temperatures , your sweat glands secrete so much secretions , excess
perspiration also make you dehydrated and tired .

Brief Answer:
following queries thoroughly answered .

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

1. Previous pain was of ligament sprain or strain , which was absolutely fine by
this period , so this lymph node has no concern with that .

2. In my opinion , your chances of major disease are very very negligible , but
still if you want confirmation get once fresh check up of laboratory and
ultrasound with your doctor for eliminating any doubts dear .

Wishing you fine health always .

Regards dear .
