Brief Answer:
Regarding your genital complaint

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Molluscum contagiosum is usually entirely curable though there may be a few recurrences. HPV infection too usually resolves within 2 years, aided by medical /surgical treatment. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look at what exactly do you have.

Regards

I am attaching several photographs that I hope will be diagnostically useful. It is difficult to get a high resolution photograph so close. If these do not provide useful information, please let me know and I will attempt using a different camera.

The first three photos depict the suspected wart lesion, with the third photo giving some context for size. This lesion is bumpy in texture and is raised about 1 mm or less. The fourth is a poor photograph of a suspected molluscum lesion, which is tiny. Maybe less than 1 mm. It is smooth. There are several around my pubic area, and several on the penile shaft. All are the same size or smaller.

Thank you kindly for your thoughts.

Brief Answer:
Regarding genital lesions

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
The first 3 images are of a genital wart. It has an irregular surface and is skin colored. There is another smaller one nearby. The fourth image too seems like a wart rather than a Molluscum lesion even though it seems smooth on surface. Molluscum is usually pearly white, firm and the lesions have a central umblication/dent. Most likely you have only warts. No Molluscum.
