Hot flushes on foot, do not smoke, do drink socially, no overweight, playing sports. Could you help?

Hi for the past 2 or 3 weeks I have been getting what can only be described as hot flushes in my left foot,I am a 46 year old male, I don't smoke but I like to drink socially,I don't consider myself to be overweight and I play sport on a weekly basis,Please could you help

It can be due to parasthesia skin which is due to dysfunctioning of neurons. Parasthesias are common in alcohol intake in alcoholics. It can also be due to diabetes, hypothyroidism, peripheral vascular disease, multiple sclerosis, neurological causes or malnutrition.

Get your blood sugar and thyroid hormones levels evaluated. You can take some vit B12 supplements for some days and see if the symptoms improve. If the symptoms persist then get the above mentioned possibilities ruled out from a neurologist.
