Brief Answer:
Fecal incontinence.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms you are describing are suggestive of fecal incontinence. It is a lack of control over defecation, leading to involuntary loss of bowel contents—including flatus, liquid stool elements and mucus, or solid feces.

What you need to do-
Go for digital rectal examination of anal canal by a MD.They would check for the patency of muscles and sphincter.

A MRI would be done to rule out weekness in nerve supplying the sphincter.

As of now you can take imodium 4 mg twice daily. This would constipate you and would prevent seeping of fluid to a extent.
Thanks!
