Brief Answer:
About diabetes and blood pressure control;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
To judge about diabetes control you need to check HbA1c ( the mran glucose level of the last three months). If it is about the traget than the treatment ahould be modified .
The modification of the treatment depends on;
- How much above the normal range HbA1c is
- On you body weight
- Liver and renal function.
So, we need to have these 3 data in order to decide what should be the best treatment for you.
Regarfing to the blood pressure you need to increase the dose of the telma H.
Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,

We don't have recent HbA1c data. Due to COVID situation it's almost impossible to get testing done now.
Body weight is 85Kg.
Little urine infection. burning sensation during urine. No kidney infection know but liver was slightly large in last inspection 4 months back.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
I can understand your situation, depending on your blood sugar levels your diabetic treatment needs a modification; 2x1000 mg metformine per day, januvia 100 mg 1 tb per day, forxiga 10 mg 1 tb per day, but first urinary tract infection should be treated ( before starting forxiga).
Hope the information will help.
