I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
It is due to sweating and friction in the affected area.
I would recommend you to apply a combination of topical steroid and antifungal like cortisone cream and miconazole cream on the affected area twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a dusting powder 2-3 times in a day.
