Brief Answer:
My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your symptoms seem to be related to indigestion or gastroesophageal reflux.
In my opinion, your symptoms are not related to any cardiac issues.
The fact that your symptoms started after eating breakfast, is another argument in favor of gastroesophageal reflux or indigestion.
Coming to this point, I would recommend taking an antiacid or PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.) and avoid large meals and spicy food during the day.
There is no need to panic or perform any cardiac tests.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I reviewed your cardiac ultrasound and would explain that it shows a normal heart structure and function.
Regarding water lemon, I don't think it is a good idea, as it is acid and may exacerbate acid reflux.
I would just recommend an antiacid or water with soda dissolved in it.
A glass of milk can help reduce the acidity too.
Hope to have been helpful!
Let me know about everything!
Best wishes,
