Brief Answer:
Wait till February 14.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycle, day ten to twenty is the fertile period of the cycle.
As per your history, you has your last period on January 19, and February 1 is 14th day of the cycle.

This clearly indicates thAt your sexual activity was in the fertile period of the cycle.
I will suggest you to wait till the expected date of cycle, may be till February 15.

If at all you do not get your periods, you can get home urine pregnancy test done.
I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of any doubt blood beta HCG test and USG can be of use.

If you are planning to get pregnant, it is advisable to start on prenatal supplements and opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.

Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you

Thanks.

Hi there.
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.
I have gone through your reply.

I will suggest you to get body mass index (BMI) done.
For this you need to know your height in centimetres.
BMI is weight in kilograms divided by height in metre square.
Try having BMI of 23.
Presently your BMI might be around 27 or so.

I will suggest you to opt for a healthy lifestyle.
Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in the daily diet.
Drink plenty of water in the day.
Avoid refined sugar and deep fried foods and bakery products.
Regular exercise including 30 minutes of walk and 20 minutes of calisthenics are advisable.

Please start on Vitamin B 6, B 9 and B 12 supplements on regular basis.
This helps to reduce the complications during conception and pregnancy and childbirth.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to communicate with me again.
Thanks.
