Detailed Answer:
Hello....
Welcome to Ask a doctor.I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
Unfortunately, your body is getting affected due to alcohol. You are having gastritis and due to it's effect on liver, there is dilatation of veins of stomach and esophagus. They are called varies and are very fragile and can bleed any time.At times, the bleeding is alarming and patients slip into shock and endoscopic bending is done on emergency basis.
You are quite young so I would advise you to abstain from alcohol altogether.
Hope that I have answered your query.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Alcoholic gastritis with esophageal varicella bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hello...
It's very good that tests of all your vital organs are normal but I am just emphasizing that the disease process has started.
You are right that taking 2 beers might not cause any issues immediately and acutely.
You can have it.Take bland meals thereafter (devoid of spices)and avoid tea, coffee.
Avoid hot foods as it escalates the chances of any fresh bleeding.
But....now on, be cautious about your alcohol intake as it is harmful for your liver and may cascade bleeding.
Regards.
