Hi, For 40 Days Now I Have Had The Following
Question: Hi, for 40 days now I have had the following symptoms: difficulty breathing at times, exhaustion, low grade fevers, headaches, toes feel like I've been frostbitten. Tested negative 2x for Coronavirus. Bloodwork showed elevated ESRs, liver enzymes slightly elevated, mucus present, bacteria values showing. Had mono at some point. All other bloodwork normal. Having chest xrays tomorrow. What could be causing this? Current medication: Lisinopril 25mg, Crestor 40mg, Alprazolam .5mg

I have gone through your query with diligence. Please upload your blood reports. As your ESR is elevated there is some inflammatory or infectious process running in your body. Doing CRP ( c reactive protein) will give more accurate picture whether it is current one or not.
Urine routine should be done to rule out any urinary tract infection.
X ray chest will be helpful to rule out Tuberculosis. A sputum AFB also should be done.
As your LFT is elevated Widal test to rule out typhoid and hepatitis A, B and C should be checked.
Ultrasound examination for liver should be done also.
If all these are clear then autoimmune diseases like Rheumatoid arthritis should be ruled out by autoimmune panel tests.

The latest is his doctor has given him AMOX-CLAV 875MG tablets by mouth every 12 hours. He's seeing improvements by taking this.

I have seen the reports. EBV IgM is equivocal and IgG is positive which means that you had a previous infection of EBV which is almost recovered.
As you feel better after Amoxiclav it is a good sign. Additional secondary bacterial infection could have made you sick. Finish the course of antibiotic, Amoxiclav. You can also take chewable vitamin C, tea with lemon, warm chicken soup with pepper also.
