Question: Hi,

I feel like I have to pee all of the time. I can’t go to sleep, because I feel like I have to go. Once I get there, it’s only a few drops. I also have a little bleeding. I have a Mirena, also.

Brief Answer:
Probably Urinary infection

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Your symptoms suggest urinary infection which is commonly issue in women especially in those with Mirena. Also, it may be less common urinary stone. I suggest to drink plenty of fluids, take cranberry juice and parsley tea, wear loose clothes and avoid sexual intercourse. If there is no improvement you should do urine analysis and urinoculture and then antibiotics may be required.

Wish you good health.
Regards
