What Could Be The Reason For Brown Vaginal Discharge And Recurrent Vaginal Itching?

Question: Hi am seeing this discharge, itch ,swelling for a long time now. went to the doctor and they prescribe triben v and also clotrimazole and it stop for month or 2 came back again and discharge brown. Colour and went to another doctor he prescribe glynotran 7 days insert and its burning not much is that ok second day using?
