Question: Hi, a couple days ago I sneezed but halfway through the sneeze I stopped and held it in and felt a lot pressure in my throat. Then I felt a small lump by my XXXXXXX apple. If I apply pressure on the lump it will move. Today I applied pressure upwards on it and as it got higher I could feel pressure through my nose going outward and even a bit of snot came out. As I moved the lump higher it started to feel like I was choking so I stopped. Do you have any ideas?

Brief Answer:
An ultrasound scan is required to make a diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Hi blood pressure is not related to vitamin deficiency.
VitaminB-12 deficiency is usually seen among vegetarians.
You can take any over the counter available multivitamin supplements and it will get corrected. You can take over the counter available vitamin-D supplements as well.
Tab Hosit is a good option and you can take it as one per day.
You can continue telma and routinely check your blood pressure.
