Hi. Was On Vacation 2 Weeks Ago And Slept With A Handful Of Girls Without Protection But Now Here Is A White-yellowish Goo Inside Corner Covering That Red Area And Genital Warts Present What The Is This?

Question: Hi. Was on vacation 2 weeks ago and slept with a handful of girls without protection. Now I have 2 issues.
Number 1: On the right side of the frenulum, all the way on the top of the shaft, right before the head of the penis, there is a small red sensitive area. Every morning when I wake up, there is a white-yellowish goo inside that corner covering that red area. What the hell is this?
Number 2: Took a closer exam, and noticed there was a bump under my pubic hair. Shaved it off, and saw there was 2 small brown raised spots there. In panic I tried to pop them like a zit, and all that came out was blood. Thought at first they were genital warts, but cant find any pictures online that looks similar. What could this be?

Brief Answer:
Regarding STDs
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Unprotected sex is a risk for transmission of various STDs like HIV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Genital Herpes, Genital warts, Syphilis etc. So, firstly I would suggest you to take a screening test for all STDs, at baseline followed by repeat screening at 4 -6 weeks and at 12 weeks, for a conclusive result. As far as your specific concerns related to the shaft of your penis, I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected areas in "Reports Section" so that I am able to guide you better.
Thank.
