any thing in exess is not good, hence not recommended...
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...
First of all, please note that as a thumb rule, anything in excess is not good hence not recommended...
Now, that being said, it's important to know whether you're already a diabetic or not...if not, then you can certainly take one or two in a week...
However, if you're diabetic and/or having any high cholesterol related issues, then you better avoid those sweets altogether...You can take the sugar-free sweets instead...
Regarding honey, yes, it's definitely a better choice...you can substitute it for your regular sugar intake...
One of the best ways to take it is in the empty stomach after getting up in the morning (in a glass of lukewarm water mix 2 teaspoons full of pure organic honey, squeeze of half a lime with some crushed ginger and cinnamon, take it daily)...Not only it'll promote weight loss, but also will boost metabolism and improve overall immunity in the long run...
Hope this helps...
Take Care
Kind Regards
