3.Glucose Fasting
4. Uric Acid
Present Complaint:
1. Glucose level on fasting: 283
2. Glucose level after breakfast: 270
Present Medication :
Glycomet 500 mg (Since last 7-9 months) One tablet daily.
Glycomet 500 mg Increased to two tablet daily. ( Since 30-10-2018)

take Tablet twice a day and get sugar levels checked after 1week.
If they are normal continue same. If they are still high, take tablet with combination of Metformin 500mg Plus Glimipiride 1mg. tablet one in the morning along with Metformin 500mg one in the night. That dose will get your sugar levels Under control.
Exercise daily for at least 40minutes daily.
Take no sugars.
